Greetings! My name is Tomeka and I am a Sisterlocks® practitioner from the DMV area (Maryland). I started DMV Loc Studio on March 15, 2023 to help my clients love their natural hair, as well as help them find a welcoming atmosphere to get installs and reties.

I completed Sisterlocks® training on March 11, 2023.
